In 2023, Norman and Jane added a second SMSF property, this time in Logan Reserve, Queensland — another emerging market in South East Queensland. Purchased for $735,980, it’s already increased in value to $963,000, offering $513,000 in available equity and generating $815 per week in rent.

Expanding into New South Wales
Most recently, in 2024, Norman and Jane diversified further by adding a dual-income property in Macquarie Fields, New South Wales. Purchased for $675,500, this investment has grown to $1.25 million, unlocking $642,000 in available equity.
With two dwellings generating $680 per week each, this property not only delivers strong rental income but also helps reduce overall risk through diversified cash flow.
